Earrings are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them or refund you the price of the earrings.
Please note: Due to the nature of polymer clay and that each item is handmade, minor imperfections are inevitable. Each item goes through a quality control check before leaving the shop. Please know we would not send you an item that was not up to our high standards.
Orders are not able to be canceled once they are processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
